We're looking for an Associate or Senior Associate Finance Broker to join our high-performing team in Sydney. Whether you're already in asset finance, have a background in business or corporate banking, or you're ready to return to work after a career break - we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Manage a portfolio of existing clients and introducers on a structured call cycle.
• Build new business through supplier, accountant, and referrer relationships.
• Run CAPEX and business lending meetings, prepare finance applications, and liaise with lenders.
• Maintain data and pipeline activity in Salesforce.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities with current clients.

Who We're Looking For

• An experienced asset or equipment finance broker (3-5+ years experience).
• A corporate banker, credit analyst, or business lending BDM who understands deal structuring and wants to move into broking.
• You could be someone in non-bank lending or commercial finance looking to broaden your horizons.
• You could be a finance professional returning to the workforce after time away.
• Strong understanding of lending structures and credit assessment.
• Ability to build rapport with clients, referrers and stakeholders.
• Self-starter who enjoys working collaboratively and independently.
