Cherratta Lodge is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Wait Staff to join our dedicated team.

Location: Cherratta Lodge, Karratha WA
Position: Wait Staff –Full-Time

About the Role:
As a member of our front-of-house team, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming dining experience for our guests. We’re looking for individuals who take pride in their work, are attentive to detail, and thrive in a team environment.

This is a full-time position on a 9:5 roster operating on a shift basis, with both morning and evening shifts. Applicants must be flexible and willing to work across both shift patterns as required by the business needs.

Candidates must be based in Karratha and have their own accommodation locally.

Key Responsibilities:

Set and arrange tables prior to service to ensure a clean and welcoming environment

Greet customers upon arrival

Serve meals and beverages efficiently and professionally to guests

Process payments using point-of-sale machines and cash registers

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area at all times

Provide friendly, attentive service to ensure a positive dining experience

Handling payments and operating point-of-sale systems

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum of 12 months experience in a hospitality/ customer-facing role

Resources Village experience

Understanding of and ability to operate within Quality ISO 9001:2015

Experience and understanding of chemical safety and MSDS

Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Flexible availability including weekends and evenings

A positive attitude and strong work ethic
