GENERAL MANAGER – FULL TIME

This leadership role offers serious growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver unforgettable customer service with a Texan twist

Lead day-to-day operations, staff management, and rostering

Manage stock, ordering, wage costs, and compliance

Collaborate with marketing and operations to uphold brand standards

Treat the business as your own and take full responsibility for performance

What You’ll Bring:

Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant management

Strong leadership and communication skills

RSA & Approved Manager’s Licence (or willing to obtain)

Excellent organisation and attention to detail

Sound knowledge of OH&S

WAIT STAFF – CASUAL & PART TIME

We’re looking for friendly, outgoing team members who bring energy and warmth to every shift.

What We’re Looking For:

Confident communicators with great customer service

Flexible availability, including nights and weekends

Current RSA (preferred)

A team player attitude and a love for hospitality

COOKS & CHEFS – FULL TIME & CASUAL

Ideal Candidates Have:

Previous kitchen, line cook, or grill experience

Strong attention to detail and food quality
