👨‍🍳 About the Role:

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Chef to become a key part of our kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage food preparation while ensuring high standards of hygiene and quality

Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth daily operations

Monitor inventory and assist with stock control

Collaborate on menu creation, focusing on authenticity, creativity, and seasonal ingredients

Calculate staffing needs and ingredient requirements to manage kitchen costs

Oversee preparation to ensure consistency and excellent presentation

Work closely with front-of-house and management to ensure seamless service

Share knowledge and skills with the team, offering culinary guidance and training

Take charge of daily cooking responsibilities, ensuring every dish is made to perfection

👀 What We are Looking For:

1–2 years’ experience as a Chef in a busy restaurant setting

Deep understanding of Indian spices, traditional cooking techniques, and presentation

Ability to work efficiently under pressure

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Relevant qualification in Commercial Cookery

💼 What We Offer:

Annual Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 + Superannuation
