Green Energy Technologies, North Queensland's #1 regionally based solar installer, is experiencing rapid growth and is looking for a technically minded and highly organised ‘Customer Service Superstar’ to join our Townsville Branch.
What you will be doing
As part of the Green Energy Technologies Service team, your role will be to provide a high level of service and care to our clients. Facilitating prompt action to any concerns and inquiries and finding solutions to ensure ongoing savings on clients power bill.
Responsibilities
Client service and ongoing support - ensuring the swift resolution of all enquiries & problems
Establishing, developing & maintaining positive client relationships
Scheduling works & crew management
Troubleshooting solar system faults over the phone
Using monitoring platforms to assess and troubleshoot faults
Warranty processing & tracking
Liaising with suppliers and manufacturers
Processing, finalising and invoicing jobs
Client service and ongoing support - ensuring the swift resolution of all enquiries & problems
Reception, responding to telephone calls, emails and greeting clients
Who are we looking for

Have an eye for detail and for identifying abnormalities.
Self-motivated & driven with initiative to take ownership
Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and agreed deliverables
An excellent communicator- both by phone, email & in person
Advanced computer skills
