When someone’s selling or refinancing their home, things can get busy. This role is all about helping clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the inspection process. You'll be coordinating appointments, keeping things on track, and acting as a steady point of contact between clients and trades.
It’s a people-first role, with purpose.
Whether it’s booking an inspection or explaining next steps, your calm, friendly approach will help things run smoothly. You’ll be part of a small and supportive team delivering an essential service to homeowners, brokers and agents across the ACT.
What you’ll need:
A professional and friendly phone manner
Good coordination and time management skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work well with a mix of clients and service providers
Confidence using email, calendars and admin tools
A proactive, team-oriented mindset
Experience in scheduling, admin or customer service is useful, but not essential. If you’re organised, reliable, and good with people, we’ll show you the ropes.
