About the Role
This is a hands-on, in-office role where you'll support both customers and internal teams to ensure things run like clockwork. You’ll be the go-to for phone enquiries, order processing, and general admin – all while helping manage the activation codes that keep the company’s cutting-edge tech running in clinics.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer and triage inbound phone enquiries from clinics and customers
- Build rapport and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients
- Pick and pack consumables and manage product shipments with care and efficiency
- Oversee activation code management – generate, log, and distribute codes for devices used in clinics
- Assist with general office admin – ordering supplies, coordinating mail, maintaining organisation
- Support online order processing and ensure prompt communication around deliveries and issues
- Liaise with internal sales and support teams to keep things running smoothly
- Keep accurate records in the CRM and follow up where needed
- Contribute to a friendly, efficient, and professional office culture
Skills & Experience
- Experience in admin, customer service, or office coordination
- Strong communication skills – friendly, clear, and professional
- Highly organised with a proactive, can-do mindset
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy and confident using CRMs or office systems
- Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, or medical is a plus
