About this Role

As Client Service Coordinator you will play an important role in delivering exceptional customer service. You will be joining a dynamic team and work closely with clients, accountants, bookkeepers and third parties. The role includes a variety of compliance and administrative tasks across a range of client entities and will include:

Liaising with ASIC and the ATO

New client establishments and onboarding

Workpaper file setup

Electronic lodgement of ITR, BAS, IAs and other tax documents

Electronic filing of client correspondence and documents as well as maintaining client records

Processing of GST and BAS returns

General assistance with processing and accounting tasks for the compliance team including internal reporting and client billing

Skills and Experience

The communication style at MWM is informal and at the same time respectful. We want our clients to feel welcome when they visit, so we encourage our people to interact with our clients to make them feel comfortable. In your role you will enjoy plenty of interaction both in person and on the phone.

We are seeking a person with great skills and a great outlook. As well as being an excellent communicator you will have:

Prior experience in a public practice environment

Strong written & verbal communication skills & attention to detail

A keen customer service focus

Organisational skills & ability to prioritise.

A team mentality and be someone who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Ideally you will have experience with some of the following:

Handisoft or Xero XPM

Xero

Now Infinity

ATO Agent Portal

ASIC

Adobe sign
