The Company

They service office space, pubs & clubs, entertainment venues and restaraunts for quality clients throughout the Sydney metro area.

They are extremely organised and pride themselves for their commitment to their people.

All site staff have a laptop and mobile phone supplied to them or reimbursed, and full training on the commercial systems use. They are also provided with a fully maintained company vehicle and all safety equipment and uniforms.

What will you learn?

As a junior Foreman you will work with a site manager and learn how to manage projects from start to finish. You will learn;

Managing subcontractors through leadership

WHS - inductions, SWMS, toolbox talks, safety walks

Programming - planning out your days / weeks / months

Quality Control

Organising Site - set out, deliveries, permits, client meetings, etc...

Full training will be provided and you learn at your own speed. In time you will progress to a foreman role and run smaller jobs by yourself.

What you need to apply

Carpentry trade

A strong and developed work history

Diverse experience in the construction industry

Cert 4 in or Diploma in Building will be highly regarded
