With an expanding portfolio and a strong pipeline of work, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Residential Construction Foreman to join our team.

The Role

As a Residential Construction Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, managing trades, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and keeping projects running smoothly. You will work directly with the builder, subcontractors, and clients to ensure that our high standards are met on every project.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site construction activities and ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff.
• Maintain workplace safety and compliance with WHS regulations.
• Conduct quality control checks and resolve any issues that arise.
• Work directly with the builder to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and stakeholders.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
✔️ Proven experience as a Foreman/Site Supervisor in high-end residential construction.
✔️ Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple trades.
✔️ Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-quality finishes.
✔️ Sound knowledge of construction methods, WHS regulations, and building codes.
✔️ Ability to problem-solve and think on your feet.
✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✔️ A valid White Card, unrestricted driver’s licence, and own vehicle – a must.
