The Role

Seeking a capable Foreman with a background in managing commercial construction sites, ideally across new build projects in occupied or operational environments. You will play a key leadership role on-site, driving safety, quality, and program delivery.

This role suits a confident leader who thrives on structure, takes pride in quality execution, and has a firm grasp on coordinating trades and site logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and program
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and site logistics
• Drive productivity and site efficiency through hands-on leadership
• Manage daily pre-starts, toolbox talks, and site inductions
• Monitor construction program and work with the PM and CA to maintain targets
• Ensure work is delivered to spec and resolve on-site issues proactively
• Maintain accurate site records and ensure compliance with ITPs and QA processes
• Lead by example and promote a strong safety-first culture

About You

• Trade qualified in Carpentry or a relevant discipline
• 5+ years' experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor on commercial builds
• Proven track record delivering projects $10M+ in sectors such as education, health, or government
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Sound knowledge of construction processes, trades, and safety regulations
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and programs
• Team-focused mindset and commitment to quality outcomes
