The role:

Supervision of whole of site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget.

Supported by a great leadership and projects team, and a suite of plant and resources, you will be required to:

• Lead and motivate the site delivery team
• Read plans
• Know the contract and sub-contracts,
• Contribute to project programming,
• Follow the scope of works,
• Identify variations.
• Report on progress

Skills and experience required include:

• Site set out and set up.
• Bulk and detailed earthworks including deep excavations, and related haulage
• Piling, and shoring systems
• Stormwater, drainage, and related civils
• Water, waste water, utilities, and services.

• 3+ years experience as a Site Supervisor / Foreman gained with a local Civil Contractor
• Ability to read and interpret plans
• Experienced in civils and early works for residential, commercial, and/or industrial development projects, including:

• Exposure to Quality Management Systems, and keeping records.
• A focus on safety
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills
