Client Details

Our client is a global FMCG personal care business with brands occupying number one positions in their category's. They are currently inviting a Marketing coordinator to join them on a 12 month contract this could be a great opportunity to get in to market and gain some wonderful experience with a global FMCG business, the role has come about because their current contractor is being offered a permanent role, with the right drive you never know where this may lead.

Description

• Create marketing materials to support the brand team including but not limited to retailer catalogue ads & digital assets.
• Manage POS from briefing, through to production, shipping and delivery
• Ensure creative compliance with brand style guides
• Obtain AdCheck approvals, for TGA products
• Upload assets to artwork approvals portal Clarity, where applicable
• Upload assets to artwork portal Amplify, where applicable
• Maintain creative/ artwork folder for brands
• Update product catalogues
• Complete Brand Buzz, internal brand reporting from IRI
• Manage product sampling requests vis Pronto
• Raise Marketing POs for health and beauty portfolios
• Assist in PO reconciliation at month end
• Other projects as required

Profile

• Have at least 2 years of experience as a Marketing Assistant/co-ordinator role, demonstrating readiness for career advancement.
• Exposure to marketing in FMCG industry is highly regarded
• Ideally, have experience working with IRI and Quantium data analytics
• Possess strong numeracy and analytical skills
• Have excellent communication skills
• Exhibit exceptional time management abilities, including multitasking and prioritisation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
