As our Marketing Co-Ordinator, you’ll be part of the growth engine behind a national brand shaking up the status quo and bringing real transparency to property buying.
This is your chance to join a high-performing, hands-on team where the more you put in, the more you get out. You’ll take ownership of digital campaigns, content production, and social media to fuel brand awareness, lead generation, and engagement across multiple channels.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the founders, you’ll bring your ideas and execution skills to everything from content planning and ad campaigns to EDMs, social media, and landing pages.
We’re looking for someone proactive, detail-driven, and creatively minded - someone who loves building a brand, testing ideas, and seeing results. You’ll also work across our associated brands, so variety is guaranteed.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Campaigns & Ads
Create and manage paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, etc)
Design ad creatives (static, animated, video) and optimise performance
Write compelling copy that converts across digital touchpoints
Email & CRM Marketing
Plan, design, and send high-performing email campaigns
Use automation and A/B testing to optimise engagement
Work with the sales team on timely, targeted comms
Website & Landing Pages
Design and publish responsive landing pages
Write SEO-friendly copy, update blog content, and manage campaign pages
Coordinate lead magnet rollouts and performance tracking
Design & Branding
Maintain a consistent brand look and feel across all assets
Create print and digital collateral: brochures, case studies, signage, merch
Support brand development across Moove and associated Brands
Data & Optimisation
Monitor performance across campaigns, social, and email
Report on KPIs and iterate based on insights
Use feedback loops to drive improvement and scale
About You
2–4 years of experience in a digital marketing or creative role
Strong design skills (Canva or Adobe), copywriting confidence, and content instincts
Familiar with paid ads and email tools
Organised, self-directed, and eager to own your lane
