The individual in the Sales Support & Marketing Co-ordinator role is required to contribute to the provision of quality services by providing sales support & marketing duties for the real estate practice in a professional and efficient manner, which will reflect the company’s reputation in the real estate industry. This will necessitate a high standard of personal demeanour including professional standards of dress acceptable to the company.

Supporting a team of professionals, the individual will be required to demonstrate initiative and work as an enthusiastic team member in accordance with the organisation’s office routines and procedures, keeping in mind the overall business objectives.

Responsibilities:

· Provide internal sales staff with professional support including booking marketing for all sales properties if needed as overflow to Marketing Co-ordinator.

· This will include tasks such as arranging photo shoots, floorplanners, copywriters, videos and auctioneers for new listings; designing brochures, signboards, DL cards and booking newspaper ads through Campaign Track.

· Arrange marketing payments of each listing through Campaign Agent.

· Assist in preparing Agency Agreements for the agents through the REI forms live website

· Entering appraisals into Agent Box and converting to listings when listed and uploading of compliance documents.

· Provide agent marketing support which includes arranging DLs.

· Assist in creating advertising and marketing materials for office, sales agents & PM team when required.

· Provide sales support to all agents such as entering in appraisals into Agentbox, assisting with sales proposals including preparing RP data reports.

· Satisfy ongoing training/professional development requirements and therefore maintain current registration or license.

· When needed, provide assistance in the administration and maintenance of company records

· Participate in key result area and key performance indicator review processes to establish areas for improvement

· Provide sales support to all agents when needed.
