Clinical Manager – Aged Care | Northern Rivers Region, NSW

We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Manager to join a well-established aged care facility in the Northern Rivers region of NSW. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive team in a small, community-focused facility.

Salary: $115k – $120k + super

Full time, Mon – Fri

Fully Accredited

Work alongside an experienced Clinical Manager

Great team culture with a focus on quality care

Requirements:

Strong clinical background in aged care

Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse (preferred)

At least 1 year in a Clinical Manager or similar leadership role

Current AHPRA registration

Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
