Meanwhile, at our flagship venue CHA CHING, located in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD on Flinders Lane, we continue to serve up vibrant Asian fusion cuisine in a sleek 50-seat setting. Open 7 days a week from 11:30 AM until late, CHA CHING is also seeking creative, motivated chefs to bring innovative dishes to life and delight our guests every day.

About the role

As we gear up for our grand opening and our main restaurant Cha Ching, we’re on the lookout for passionate and experienced Restaurant Supervisors, Bar Supervisors and Assistant Manager to join our leadership team. If you're driven by excellence, love creating unforgettable dining experiences, and thrive in a dynamic environment — we want to hear from you!

What you'll be doing

Supervising and coordinating the work of front-of-house and back-of-house staff

Ensuring exceptional customer service and a positive guest experience

Assisting with inventory management, scheduling, and budgeting

Troubleshooting issues and providing solutions in a timely manner

Implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures

Providing hands-on support to team members as needed

Participating in the recruitment, training, and development of staff

Reporting to the General Manager on the performance of the business

What we're looking for

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a hospitality supervisory or management role

Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Proficient in inventory management, budgeting, and scheduling

Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
