We are seeking an experienced Area / Regional Manager to join this well-known Australian fashion brand and lead all 10 stores across NSW and one store in ACT.

The region stretches from Newcastle to Canberra, so previous experience in a similar role is highly preferable and the successful candidate will have had multi-site experience at a minimum.

To be successful in this role you must be passionate and committed retailer with previous Multi Site experience ( 3+ Years) and be capable of delivering on the below:

• Effectively lead your team of Store Managers and one Cluster Manager
• Recruiting and developing a high performing team across all stores, fostering a strong culture across the region
• Delivering on your regions forecasted targets
• Achieving and exceeding all set budgets and KPI goals across all stores
• Strong commercial awareness and an analytical mindset to maximise opportunities and identify risks/weaknesses
• Monitoring and controlling store expense lines within agreed budgets, ensuring profitability of region
• Correct interpretation of the brand's values through team and store presentation
• Ensuring Visual Merchandising standards are met at all stores
• Working with the Loss Prevention Manager to control shrinkage
• Managing team performance and implementing performance management strategies to ensure all teams success
• Working knowledge of retail management best practices with a continuous improvement mindset
• Outstanding communication, both verbal and written
• Excellent time management skills, with a focus on managing deadlines and following up deliverables
• Ability to work with collaboratively with others internally and externally

A requirement of the role:

• Hold a valid driver's licence with the ability to travel to various Sydney / Regional locations on a weekly basis
