Overview:

The role sits within a small, tight-knit HSE team and supports a high-risk site in the Newcastle region. There’s a strong focus on safety systems, documentation, and compliance. You’ll work closely with site leadership and the broader safety function to maintain key safety frameworks, support assurance activity, and contribute to ongoing improvement work.

Role Highlights:

• Maintain and support safety systems and documentation for a high-performing operations site
• Lead and coordinate MHF licensing and compliance documentation
• Partner with site ops and senior safety leadership to drive safety culture
• Assist with risk assessments, audits, and regulatory reporting
• Contribute to broader systems alignment across business units
