About the Role
As a People Partner, you’ll be the go-to advisor for leaders across the business, providing expert coaching and case management on a wide range of people issues. From performance management and investigations to organisational change and employee relations — you’ll offer strategic advice and hands-on support that truly makes a difference.
You’ll also lead and support initiatives that empower leaders, enhance team effectiveness and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Partner with managers and senior leaders on HR matters and provide expert coaching
• Manage complex cases across workplace relations, performance and misconduct
• Guide and support organisational change initiatives
• Build strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor across the organisation
• Develop and implement HR policies and contribute to broader people strategy
• Represent the organisation at Fair Work and other external bodies when required

About You

• Extensive HR experience
• Strong background in workplace relations and case management
• Solid knowledge of Fair Work Act and contemporary HR practices
• Exceptional communication, problem solving and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to influence, coach and build trusted relationships with leaders
• Self-motivated, adaptable and solutions-focused
