We’re looking for a highly motivated Finance Business Partner to join a high-growth global FinTech and help drive strategy and scale in the APAC region.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with Sales and Marketing leads across APAC, playing a key role in forecasting, expense management, and headcount planning.

You’ll have a seat at the table with senior decision-makers and bring the numbers to life through compelling, insight-driven presentations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead forecasting, planning and analysis for APAC markets
• Manage OpEx and Headcount tracking across departments
• Build and maintain financial models (e.g. LTV, pricing, strategic deals)
• Create KPI dashboards and reporting for senior leadership
• Deliver insights through crisp, confident presentations
• Proactively identify risks and opportunities to guide business growth

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years in Finance, Consulting, Banking or Accounting
• Global work experience, preferably in a fast-growth Tech or SaaS environment
• Strong Excel and modelling skills (PivotTables, macros, OLAP, etc.)
• Proven experience in headcount, opex and customer/revenue metrics
• First-class communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to influence exec-level stakeholders in a matrix environment
