This presents a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and reliable Front Office Receptionist to join our team in the bustling Pilbara Region of Western Australia. Located near the coast this tourist park offers a range of accommodation needs for everyone, from tourists, long term rentals and industrial employees.
Reporting to the Office Manager your duties include but are not limited to;
- Managing the day-to-day office administration
- Accurately maintaining the Caravan Park booking system
- Daily, Weekly, Monthly reporting to the park manager and head office.
- Accounts Receivable
- Maintenance of fixed term and short term rental agreements, including but not limited to renewals, tenant history checks and verifications.
- Keeping up to date knowledge about the Residential Park Act
- Maintaining excellent relationship with the park residents and tourists
To be considered for this role you will need the following attributes.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
- Bring initiative and values to the organization.
- Sales and marketing ability
- Demonstrated experience working in a similar role.
- Ability to delegate
- High level commitment to the tasks and willingness to work reasonable overtime.
- Proficient time management skills
- High level computer literacy and previous experience of a Caravan Park or Motel Booking System (we use Rez)
- High attention to detail
- Thrive in a busy and challenging environment.
- Be able to pass a Pre-Employment Medical, including drug and alcohol screening.
