We are looking for someone with:

Extroverted personality and a genuine passion for helping people and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities, allowing you to manage your workload efficiently and with a smile.

Ability to prioritise workload effectively and in a timely manner.

Clear and professional verbal and written communication.

Solid computer skills.

A proactive, "can-do" attitude.

The ability to stay composed and effective, even when things get busy.

A current or willing-to-obtain Working with Children Check (WA)

In this rewarding role, you'll be:

Creating a safe and welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Managing client records with accuracy and confidentiality.

Scheduling appointments for new and ongoing clients.

Processing payments and invoices.

Responding to client emails and queries with empathy and understanding.

Providing valuable administrative support to our dedicated team of psychologists.

Bonus points if you have:

Previous experience in a medical or clinic reception setting.

Familiarity with Medicare rebates and Mental Health Treatment Plans.

Experience using Halaxy practice management software.
