NRMA Phillip Island Beachfront Holiday Park is looking for a friendly and motivated Receptionist to join our vibrant team!

About the Role:
As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable holiday experiences. Your day-to-day will include:

Welcoming guests with a warm and professional attitude

Managing check-ins, check-outs, and reservations

Answering guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person

Processing payments and handling basic administrative tasks

Assisting with guest services and providing information about local attractions and park facilities

About You:

A passion for delivering excellent customer service

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Great attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or reception (preferred but not essential)

Availability to work across weekdays, weekends, and school holiday periods
