About the Role:

The role delivers coordination and professional leadership of the largest group of new graduate nurses at CHS over multiple intakes per year, ensuring the pathway into CHS and through the first year of practice is an exceptional experience.
The team of Clinical Development Nurses (CDNs) reporting to this role provide orientation, education and wellbeing support, offering professional development and reflective activities throughout the year.
