We are currently recruiting for two Deputy Director of Nursing positions across Perth’s southern and eastern suburbs. These opportunities are ideal for experienced aged care clinical leaders looking to step into a key operational role in a values-driven organisation with a proud history and community connection.

�� About the Role:
Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you will:

• Lead and support Registered Nurses with strong clinical supervision and mentoring
• Oversee the implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance and high-quality resident care
• Build strong relationships with residents and families, ensuring open communication and dignity in care
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to maintain excellence in clinical standards

✅ What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor of Nursing (or higher) with current AHPRA registration
• Proven experience in a Clinical Nurse Manager or similar leadership role in aged care
• Fluency in Croatian or Italian, or a cultural understanding of European aged care clients, will be highly regarded
• Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check and influenza vaccination
• Full working rights in Australia
