Occupational Therapist (Full time – Remote/Flexible Hours)

Location: Sydney Eastern & Inner Suburbs
Employment Type: Full time / Part time (Work from Home)
Hours: 40 hours/week (Monday to Friday) - 25 hours per week KPI

The Role:

Work remotely with appointments booked around your availability.

Enjoy flexibility in setting your schedule—whether you prefer us to book appointments for you or manage your own bookings.

Manage a caseload predominantly consisting of NDIS participants aged 9 and above, with a wide variety of clients across physical, neurodevelopmental, and psychosocial disability spectrums.

KPI of 25 hours per week

Bonus incentive for every hour billed above usual KPI

Supervision counts towards KPI

Get reimbursed $0.85 per km travelled and money for tolls

Study/CPD allowance offered after 6 months of work

Requirements:

1 years experience as an Occupational Therapist

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy

Current AHPRA registration

National Police Check

Working With Children Check

NDIS Worker Screening Check

First Aid & CPR Certification

Driver’s License and Car (for occasional travel if required)
