The company was founded in 2013 by a highly experienced Occupational Therapist. Due to their ongoing success, they now have a multidisciplinary team of over 30 therapists. They have a unique model where they specialise in the area of physical disability and keeping elderly clients in their homes.

To ensure a high-quality assessment and therapy is being delivered, they upskill their therapists in their areas of interest and then tailor their caseloads appropriately.

This rehab provider is currently looking for additional Occupational Therapists to cover Western Sydney OR the Inner West. The clients you will see are within a 30-minute radius from your home location.

The company has offices in both areas. Full-time and part-time options are available.

What you will be doing:

• Evidence-based assessment and therapy to elderly (home care package) and clients with physical disabilities (50:50 split)
• The role includes functional assessments, home assessments/ modifications, upper limb retraining, rehabilitation and equipment prescription
• Community and option for office working 1 day per fortnight
• Accurate documentation/report writing
• Liaising with other multidisciplinary team members

What you will need:

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
• Full AHPRA registration
