We are currently seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver services and intervention in community or at home to clients within the Emerald & Biloela region.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to provide holistic, person-centred OT services to individuals and families in rural and regional communities around Emerald or Biloela. You’ll support clients across the lifespan with a diverse caseload that builds your skills and keeps things interesting.

You’ll work face-to-face in community settings—homes, schools, early learning centres, aged care, or wherever therapy makes the most sense. Some telehealth may be included to extend your reach.

You’ll be supported by a multidisciplinary team of passionate clinicians who back each other, share knowledge, and celebrate wins together—no matter the postcode, as well as a dedicated administration team to help schedule your clients and work with you regarding your administration requirements.

You’re independent and deeply self-motivated, but still value team connection

You’ve got great clinical judgement, a curious mind, and a solid sense of adventure

You’re comfortable working across ages and diagnoses, or keen to grow into that

Class C Driver's License
