An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Procurement & Inventory Officer to join a leading food manufacturing company known for its commitment to quality and efficiency. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively to ensure seamless inventory and procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Raise purchase orders and manage supplier deliveries.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock audits and cycle counts.
• Manage stock reconciliation, reporting, and supplier inventory coordination.
• Ensure timely and accurate stock usage reconciliation in production.
• Champion the use of MRP systems and support data integrity within procurement.
• Oversee CHEP pallet reconciliation and inventory reporting for multiple warehouse locations.

Key Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in inventory management within the FMCG or food manufacturing industry.
• Strong MRP and ERP system experience.
• Sound knowledge of HACCP, Chain of Responsibility (CoR), and OH&S regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
