Mount Cotton Medical Centre is looking for an enthusiastic Practice Manager to share our vision of growing .
High level computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office suite (in particular Word, Excel, Outlook), and information management of all practice documents (in the creation, retrieval, and archiving documents in digital format )
Completion of an accredited medical practice management course / knowledge of medical terminology and the Medicare Benefits Schedule (MBS)
High level of knowledge regarding Medicare and general practice patient billing systems and codes .
Tasks and Responsibilities
Manage all facets of a busy specialist medical practice including but not limited to:
Provide ongoing planning, co-ordination, monitoring and evaluation of all aspects relating to the practice, implementing improvements/changes where necessary.
Design, implement and maintain office policies and procedures in accordance with practice guidelines, accreditation standards, Medicare, AHPRA and other statutory bodies
