The Role

• Management of a local portfolio
• Maintenance Management
• Routine Inspections & Condition Reports
• Arrears Management
• Prepare & Attend VCAT hearings if/when required

Required

• Exceptional Personal Presentation
• Take pride in providing exceptional customer service
• Extremely detail orientated and highly organised
• MIN 12 months managing a residential portfolio - will consider enthusiastic junior property managers wanting to progress
• Current VIC Agents Representative Certificate
• Reliable car and valid drivers licence
