We are looking for a highly organised professional with excellent attention to detail and a good work ethic.

About the Role:

Manage new and vacating tenants

Liaise with landlords, tenants & tradesmen

Advertise properties. Conduct inspections

Process rental applications & select tenants

Prepare condition reports & rent reviews

Sign leases

Represent landlords at tribunal

Experience & Requirements

You will need a minimum of Assistant Agent - Certificate of Registration

Must have a Driver’s License & a reliable car

Work Monday to Saturday with a day off during the week in lieu

Experience in property management is preferred, however not essential – all training and support will be provided. Starting salary is related to experience and capability.
