About the Role:

As our Senior Property Manager, you’ll oversee a well-maintained residential portfolio while mentoring junior team members and ensuring a premium level of service is delivered at all times. You’ll work closely with landlords, tenants, and our wider team to maintain strong, long-term relationships and drive continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a clean and established residential portfolio

• Conduct routine inspections, lease renewals, rent reviews, and arrears management

• Maintain regular communication with landlords and tenants

• Support junior property managers and administration staff

• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations

• Provide guidance and input on process improvements and team development

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3+ years experience in property management

• Current Real Estate License

• Strong knowledge of property legislation and best practices

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

• Confidence using property management software (e.g., Property tree)

• A high level of professionalism and attention to detail

• Ability to lead and motivate others while working independently
