The Position:

With Melbourne’s CBD rental market expanding, we are seeking both an experienced Property Manager (minimum 2 years' experience) and a driven Assistant Property Manager to join our growing team.

Skills and Experience:

• Possession of a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration and a valid driver's license.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, especially in handling tenant relations and lease agreements.

• In-depth knowledge of the rental real estate market, with experience in managing residential properties preferred.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple properties and tenant inquiries.

• Proficiency in IT tools including Email, MS Office, and property management software.
