Fabrication Supervisor

Our client specialises in the manufacture, repair, and maintenance of earthmoving equipment. With over 25 years of industry experience, they cater primarily to the mining and earthmoving sectors across Australia.

Due to company restructure, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Fabrication Supervisor to join their team based in Kewdale.

What We’re Looking For:

Must be able to demonstrate previous work experience in a similar role working in a busy fabrication workshop environment, specifically within the Earthmoving, Mining & Construction industry.

Be a good, clear communicator with the ability to manage and coach a small team of around 10 x Tradespeople both in fabrication and welding techniques.

Be confident in identifying and highlighting to Tradepeople any incorrect work procedures (both fabricating and welding) at the time of production.

Provide technical and problem-solving solutions.

Must have a high regard for safety and promoting safe work practices.

Be self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high quality work.

Hold a current Trade Qualification

Hold a current Australian driver’s license, forklift license is essential.
