Our purpose is to offer high-quality, customer-focussed fabrication services to businesses throughout Western Australia. We service a diverse range of industries including, but not limited to, the Mining and Oil & Gas sectors, providing timely service and project flexibility.

Based in Bibra Lake within the Phoenix Business Park industrial hub, the successful candidate will have access to our well-equipped workshop facilities with on-site parking. We are seeking a quality-focussed, versatile and well-rounded tradesperson who is able to work independently, taking responsibility and accountability for their work. Candidates must be able to maintain a challenging but rewarding fabrication pace across a variety of allocated jobs.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

Strong fabrication knowledge is essential

Proficiency in reading Isometric technical drawings

Trade Qualification (Cert III Heavy Fabrication)

TIG welding ability - Stainless & Aluminium - desirable but not required

Ability to pass an on-site weld check

Ability to pass a Medical

Passion for craftsmanship and pride in your work

Ability to work autonomously as well as contributing to the team

Ability to react quickly and handle changing priorities

Able to make independent decisions & also take direction when required

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

Fabrication of a diverse range of jobs, varying from day to week to month

Completing jobs from start to finish independently, as well as assisting on team projects as required

Completion of work in allocated hour-based time frames

Performing tasks as required to complete projects e.g. use of break press, band saw, section roller

Contributing to team meetings & discussions
