Salary: Fast Food award rates apply for initial training period. Above award offered to the right candidate as well as full/part time and salary options following qualification period.

Multiple roles available: Experienced Baristas, Customer service and weekend juniors encouraged to apply.

You don’t get frazzled by a busy workload and enjoy working in a small team environment where each of you take responsibility for your roles, while exchanging banter and ensuring you inject some fun into your workdays and into the customers’ meal break!

To join us, you will need:

Competence and understanding in Barista operations to a level capable of upholding our excellent reputation

Excellent hygiene and safety standards

Availability for early starts and some weekends

Flexibility to perform different tasks including customer service, stock receipt, food preparation and basic cleaning duties

Ability to multitask while remaining engaging with customers and the team

A willingness to learn from others

OVERALL QUALITIES AND CHARACTERISTICS:

The Brekkie Box, https://www.facebook.com/thebrekkieboxwodonga, is a popular takeaway grab-and-go style café in a purpose-designed and built shipping container in High Street Wodonga. We’ve got big plans and visions for the future and as a member of our team, you’ll have every chance to come along for the journey and take your career further, should you wish. Initial employment is offered on casual basis, with part-time and full-time opportunities offered with natural progression, as well as paid training courses and supervisor/manager level progression.

Due to high demand, another critical position as a Customer Service/Barista champion has become available in our team! You will be playing a vital part in the smooth running of this team with your role, involving but not limited to:

Consistent high standard in coffee preparation

Cooking bacon and eggs

Preparing wraps and rolls

Stock management

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

POS system operation

Customer service of the highest level
