We’re looking for a gun Head Barista or Senior Barista's to join our high-energy team at Roasting Warehouse Specialty Coffee Geebung. If you’ve got the skills, speed, and personality to match, we want to hear from you.

We’re growing fast, and we need someone who can own the machine, manage high-volume coffee flow, and deliver an unforgettable customer experience — every single time.

What you’ll be doing:

Pumping out 10–15kg of coffee per day during peak service with precision and consistency

Balancing dine-in and takeaway orders while keeping cold drinks and alternate menu items running smoothly

Creating a warm, energetic, and welcoming vibe for every customer

Managing the flow of service, training junior staff, and maintaining high standards

Dialling in, troubleshooting, and adjusting grinders confidently

Supporting the broader team with a positive, can-do attitude

Working as an all rounder in the FOH area - not just making coffee, you will be balance service customers, managing grab and go food, and general operations of the day to day flow.

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience in high-volume barista roles

A strong grasp of specialty coffee and machine management

Fast, clean and consistent workflow under pressure

Leadership potential with a passion for mentoring others

A big personality and love for customer connection

Able to have fun while getting the job done
