Junior Receptionist: $26–$29/hr

Senior Receptionist: $30–$35/hr + performance bonuses

What You’ll Be Doing

Junior Dental Receptionist:

Greeting and assisting patients with warmth and professionalism

Managing bookings and answering phones

Learning dental software and admin workflows

Supporting smooth day-to-day front desk operations

Growing your skills and confidence every day!

Senior Dental Receptionist:

All of the above, plus:

Overseeing front desk operations and mentoring junior team members

Helping with billing, reporting, and KPIs

Supporting staff training, process improvements, and practice development

Working toward leadership roles like Assistant Manager

Who We’re Looking For

Junior:

6+ months experience in admin, reception, or customer service

Friendly, organised, and eager to grow in the dental field

Great communicator with a warm personality

Senior:

2+ years experience in dental reception

Confident managing busy front desk responsibilities

Supportive leader with strong initiative

Interested in long-term growth and advancement

Location + Hours

Must be available to work across Blacktown and Toongabbie

Saturday availability is essential

Full-time roles available for both junior and senior positions
