We’re looking for a motivated Customer Service Officer (Appointment Setter) to be part of our exciting Canberra launch. If you love helping people, enjoy fast-paced environments, and want to grow with a business on the rise, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Set Appointments: Contact inbound leads and follow up on enquiries to book in-home consultations with our expert sales team.

Customer Support: Provide clear, friendly information to customers by phone, email, and online platforms.

Qualify Leads: Understand each customer’s needs to ensure they’re a good fit for our products and services.

CRM Updates: Keep customer records accurate and up to date.

Team Coordination: Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
