Are you wanting to make the transition into the call centre, leading Finance Company is seeking a Customer Service Consultant, working within a busy customer service team you will assist customers through phone, email and online regarding current loan accounts.
Key responsibilities in the role include:
- Assist customers with general enquiries
- Collections
- Assist with account updates
- Hardship case management
- Have strong attention to detail for making accurate file notes and updating the database
- Adhere to internal policy, system processes and external regulatory requirements.
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:
- Ability to always remain professional, respectful, and cooperative
- A team player with a positive mindset
- An ability to build rapport and manage positive relationships
- Ability to multitask
- Able to work with a variety of customers
- Prior experience in a fast-paced customer environment desirable
- You will be required to complete a Police check
You will enjoy solving problems, helping people, strong communication, and have a can-do attitude.
