About the role

Do you thrive on helping others and delivering exceptional service? We’re looking for a friendly, proactive Customer Service Legend to join our growing team at Conceptual Brands, a leading company in the distribution of premium haircare products.

This full-time position based in Salisbury will provide administrative and customer service support to internal and external customers, playing a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the day to day order processing operations.

What you'll be doing

Supporting the Sales team with processing orders, managing customer accounts, and handling complaints

Providing a range of administrative support services including data entry, file management, and report preparation

Handling incoming calls and emails, responding to general inquiries and directing them to the appropriate team members

Support to accounts team in collection of aged receivables

Contributing to the development and maintenance of our online order accounts

Collaborating with various departments to ensure efficient and effective service delivery

Support to marketing team for special events

Support to warehouse picking/packing during busy periods

What we're looking for

2+ year of customer service experience (experience in beauty or haircare a plus)

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook

Adaptable and flexible, with a willingness to learn new systems and processes

A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to contributing to the overall success of the organisation
