With branches situated across Perth, they are looking for a Culture, Employee and Safety Administrator to join their friendly team based in their head office in Forrestdale.
The Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their team with the role responsibilities being:
Coordinating the end-to-end onboarding for new employees including documentation, system setups and compliance requirements
Assisting external HR team
Assist in reviewing and developing safety procedures and protocols
Maintaining company databases, document libraries and resources
Assist Department Managers with HR administration tasks
Coordinate and manage ongoing training, safety protocols, employee records and compliance documentation
Assist in planning Employee engagement initiatives such as wellness activities and company events
Employee relationship management with satisfaction surveys, check ins and other protocols
Support diversity, inclusion and well-being initiatives within the business
The Candidate
Minimum two-years previous Administration experience
Previous experience working in a high-safety protocol environment
Exposure to HR and people management highly regarded
Be able to work autonomously
Proficient in Microsoft Suite
Have attention to detail and be able to follow strict systems and procedures
Exceptional communication skills – written & verbal
Be highly efficient and be able to work under tight deadlines
Be a team player that enjoys contributing to a shared goal
Have a positive and proactive attitude
Temp to Perm – Job Structure
Out client has the intention to employ the successful candidate on a full-time basis, where the role will be structured as a “Temp to Perm”, where the successful candidate will work through Staff-Net on a casual basis for 3 to 6 months where after such time, if the client is satisfied that you are able to carry out the work responsibilities to a high standard, a permanent role may be offered with a competitive salary.
Working Days and Hours
Monday – Friday
8.30am – 4.30pm (Negotiable for the right candidate)
Remuneration
Casual Pay Rate: $38.00 to $40.00 Per Hour Flat Rate + Super
