About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing team, someone who’s passionate about building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and driving real growth. Based in Victoria, this role will see you identifying new business channels, nurturing key partnerships, and helping customers find the right cold solution for their needs.

You won’t just be selling a product; you’ll be offering peace of mind. With our wide range of premium equipment and tailored support services, you’ll have everything you need to make a genuine impact on your clients’ operations.

Day-to-day, you’ll be:

Prospecting and developing new business across a variety of industries

Managing and growing a portfolio of existing clients

Creating tailored proposals and solutions to meet customer needs

Collaborating with our national sales and service teams to ensure seamless delivery

Representing the brand at trade shows and industry events

Staying ahead of market trends to identify emerging opportunities

About You

You're a natural relationship builder. You understand how to connect with people, ask the right questions, and offer solutions that truly make a difference. You’re not just chasing the next sale; you’re focused on long-term value and customer satisfaction.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

A proven track record in B2B sales or business development (ideally in equipment, commercial, or industrial products)

A strong understanding of the Victorian market and its unique business landscape

The ability to work independently, plan strategically, and close deals confidently

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

A proactive, self-motivated approach—someone who thrives on results and solving real-world problems

Experience in the refrigeration or foodservice industry is a bonus, but not a deal-breaker

Salary and Benefits

$90,000 – $110,000 Base + Super + Car Allowance + Comms
