We are experiencing exciting growth through our strategic B2B partnerships, including a successful rollout with Symbion (a major player in the pharmaceutical industry). Building on this momentum, we are expanding into new verticals such as hospitality (hoteliers) and automotive services (smash repairers). As a result, we are seeking ambitious, driven individuals with proven B2B sales experience to join our fast-growing team of Business Development Executives (BDEs).
This is a dedicated business development role with a steady flow of qualified leads. We’re seeking sales professionals who thrive on proactive outreach, relationship building, and closing new opportunities within a dynamic sales cycle.
You’ll be presenting and demonstrating our leading-edge loyalty payments platform, showcasing its capabilities and the strong program economics behind it. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving new business in your allocated state territory, working directly with external partners and internal teams to deliver exceptional results. You’ll also collaborate closely with our customer success team to ensure long-term client satisfaction and growth post-onboarding.
Experience in the pharmaceutical, hospitality, or automotive sectors is highly regarded. Additionally, candidates with backgrounds in finance or business lending sales, or who have sold to SMEs in a consultative capacity, will be particularly well suited to this role.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategically target/drive new business activity across your state territory
Achievement of set KPIs, growth and revenue targets
Internal and external key stakeholder management
Development of strategic account/territory plans
Partnership networking & attending events
Pipeline and CRM management
Experience Level:
4+ years working in sales (both phone-based and in-person)
Experience with Salesforce is a mandatory requirement of this role
Bachelor's Degree preferred

Active listening & effective Communication
Analytical and data driven with the ability to use data to inform selling
Flexibility / Time on site:
This role is split between 70% on the phone, 20% on road, and 10% administration and planning. Drivers license and own car are not essential, but preferred.
