Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our Head Office team to be based in Wagga Wagga. This position is central to our regional expansion efforts and will play a critical role in growing our property portfolio, strengthening our partnerships, and driving strategic opportunities across the Riverina.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Growth & Investor Relations

Identify and engage with potential property owners and investors.

Educate stakeholders on the short-term rental model and its financial/operational benefits.

Convert leads into long-term management clients through tailored presentations and trust-building.

2. Strategic Networking & Community Engagement

Build relationships with developers, local business leaders, event organisers, and government agencies.

Represent BNB Made Easy at relevant industry events, expos, and local forums.

Champion short-term rentals as a key solution for regional workforce accommodation and tourism needs.

3. Operations & Portfolio Management

Oversee the onboarding and setup of new properties in the Wagga region.

Work closely with internal departments (Onboarding, Customer Success, Marketing) to ensure quality and service standards are met.

Monitor regional property performance and provide reporting and insights to Head Office leadership.

Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in business development, sales, or property management

Confident communicator and natural relationship builder.

Understanding of regional dynamics and local economic drivers

Self-starter with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Passion for regional Australia and a belief in the potential of short-term rentals to fuel local growth.
