We’re growing - and we’re looking for a talented Territory Business Development Manager to help continue this growth trajectory.

About the Role:
As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you will:

Identify and secure new business opportunities across the signage and wide format print industries.

Build and nurture lasting partnerships with existing and new customers.

Uncover upselling opportunities and generate repeat business through trusted relationships.

Work hand-in-hand with our internal sales team to maintain a high-activity visit calendar and convert leads into wins.

Be a key player in strengthening CPH Group's brand presence across your territory.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 3 years' experience in sales or business development.

A solid background in the signage or wide format print industry.

A proven history of hitting and exceeding sales targets.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a solution-based selling approach.

Highly organised, methodical, and able to juggle multiple priorities.

Familiarity with CRM systems

A drive for personal and professional excellence, aligned to CPH Group’s core values.
