The Role

As the Finance Manger, you will report to the CEO, playing a key role as part of the organisations leadership team. Responsible for managing the finance function ensuring the delivery of monthly reporting and providing key insights to assist with business decision making.

Responsibilities include, but aren't limited too:

• Manage the day-to-day activities of the financial accounting team
• Oversee and manage the complete month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial and board reporting.
• Review monthly payroll processes.
• Manage the year-end audit process and prepare consolidated financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards.
• Conduct weekly cashflow analysis and general cashflow management.
• Develop, maintain, and refine financial forecasting models.

About You

• You will be CA/CPA qualified with previous experience in a financial accounting position, with a background financial services highly desired.
• Demonstrated experience month-end processes with strong knowledge of financial reporting, analysis and compliance.
• Proficient knowledge of Excel, Xero or similar software's.
• You will be adaptable to an ever-changing environment with the ability to lead a high performing team.
