The role:

• Manage daily operations of the club to a high standard
• Work closely with the Board of Direcotrs to execute goals for the club
• Lead initiatives to grow membership, foster community involvement, and enhance event programming
• Ensure full compliance with all relevant liquor, gaming, local council, and workplace regulations
• Build and nurture strong relationships with members, suppliers, and key stakeholders
• Oversee the club's financial management, including budgeting, financial reporting, and ensuring long-term sustainability
• Provide leadership and support to staff, promoting a positive, efficient, and team-oriented workplace
• No late nights, 10pm close, earlier in winter

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Pub GM preferred
• Knowledge of club/puboperations, including gaming and licensing requirements
• Hold current NSW RSA, RCG, ARCG and Licensee qualifications.
• Strong financial and business management skills
• Sound P&L knowledge along with financial and business management skills
• Excellent leadership and team-building abilities
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as required
• Experience in large scale live music and events (desirable)
